It's interesting how it explores the subject through tacit knowledge and competence (there are points which I can agree on). the article doesn't touch upon but it’s obvious now that diversity has opened doors for marginalized communities, giving them opportunities they and their ancestors couldn't even dream of, that’s something to account for.

Additionally, I can share studies on the other spectrum that find how diversity bolsters innovation and creativity as well strengthens institutional capacity. The perspective changes completely depending on where you're looking from.
