"No Rules Rules: Netflix and the Culture of Reinvention" is the best management book I've read in a very, very long time. Kudos to @reedhastings and @ErinMeyerINSEAD for creating something that is (imo) in the same class as Grove's "High Output Management" 👏👏👏
