Great thread, Jake. One serious concern I have is if policymakers in the US decide that FBAR applies to #Bitcoin. Or the 10k reporting requirement while traveling applies. Bitcoin is hugely valuable despite these risk but it emphasizes the importance of improvements to privacy.
