1/ You've surely read Bezos last Annual Letter as CEO (tho he stays as Exec Chair) Two passages are amazing. *On ENTROPY* (tho he doesn't use the word) invoking Richard Dawkins brilliant description of the ENERGY required to stave off equilibrium - as allegory for being UNIQUE

This is, far and away, the best shareholder letter I've ever read. I don't say that lightly. It is @JeffBezos' last as CEO of @amazon. Read it until the very end. There are some real and profound lessons in there.
