Excellent thread and so useful. What happens post-xmas? Does that allow the system to catch up as demand falls? My view is that higher prices are already hitting demand, add in stronger dollar, higher rates, fiscal cliff and tapering and its quite the tightening.

1/13 The supply chain is running at capacity and cannot keep up with overstimulated demand thanks to 18 mos of fiscal/mon priming. This suggests the fix is not expanding supply, hard in the ST, but to raise prices high enough to reduce demand. A
