As an Australian: it’s the opposite for me. Being a Professor in Adelaide & Sydney & often on TV here he only ever had a moustache. Eg: his two 1995 “Big Questions” series with @PhillipAdams_1 from @SBS (worth watching!) is seminal “Davies” to me.
