Having a child makes you rethink business!

3 Focus shifts in the last 17 months:

1. Efficiency is king

I'd rather be changing a diaper than wasting time at the office

2. Time > Money

Money can indeed buy more time, but money is not the end desire.

3. Automate/Delegate

As with 1 and 2 if it's not in your best interest to spend time, outsource!

Haven't reached the @sweatystartup level of hiring VA's in the Philippines yet but my thinking has leveled up by watching other business owners master the art of delegation!
