Have you ever taken against a book, given up on it, but then, at another time in your life, given it another shot and loved it?

I never took against Catcher in the Rye so not quite what you asked but it was a different book when read in my teens then twenties. Picked it up in my 30’s when young son had leukaemia and the grief hit me like a ton of bricks. I’d barely seen Holden’s lost brother Allie before.
