Very exciting paper. Question: how much can a large system deviate from scale-free before affecting the stability results? In a way the brain is scale-free but at the same time it's really a system of systems, some of which are not so scale-free (that's my guess).
enjoyed it Corey! Eagerly awaiting the "positive" part. Btw did I ever ask you if you've looked into "computation over the reals"? Stuff that Stephen Smale was developing in the 1990s. I had a friend who went to do his PhD with him on that but I think the work fizzled.
