Victor J. Katz

Received a bachelor's degree in 1963 from Princeton University and a Ph.D. in mathematics in 1968 from Brandeis University. Became an associate professor at Federal City College and later a full professor at the University of the District of Columbia. Retired as professor emeritus in 2005.
