I've been re-reading "The Most Human Human" by @brianchristian. It's such a wonderful book - starts with chatbots and ranges from computer science to poetry to the art of conversation. So good.
Influence richly deserves its status as the definitive book on the subject. I learned so much from this revised edition, and so will you.
