Collaborated with Tom DeMarco on the book "Peopleware: Productive Projects and Teams" which explores non-technical factors affecting team and individual performance. The book's findings and suggestions had mixed reception but the term "Peopleware" is now commonly used to describe an organization's adherence to the book's ideals.
