Highly recommend the focus toolkit by @hubermanlab I've found the 40Hz binaural beats and focus-refocus meditation he mentions at 18:11 and 1:01:19 respectively very useful. Most importantly I appreciate the scientific backing behind these tools and his incredible explanation.
