I think it got a tad weaker each season, but overall I liked all of it. I.e. maybe it went from an A to a B+ over the years. I think it's definitely worth watching.

Invest like the Best/Business Breakdowns by @patrick_oshag and team are great. One thing I've started doing is when I find an interesting guest somewhere, I'll search for their other podcasts, sort by length, and listen to the longest ones. Works well for VC and founder guests.

Good thread on firing people. One of the best nonobvious pieces of advice I've heard about this topic: If you never fire people then you can't build an A+ team because no hiring process is perfect.
