As @velvetart noted, this is a very good thread from Charles Kenney -- Very much agree that the World Bank needs to set out options to expand its balance sheet (stock, not flow) by $100b -- and by $400b. 1/

Excellent piece from @greg_ip -- Not clear Europe is ready for this shock, or even saw it coming.

Good article - In an ideal world some of the reporting norms around sovereign funds should be strengthened (not likely to happen) -- and the BoP numbers should be set up to better capture some of these flows. 10/10
